PROPERTY REDRESS SCHEME
As a member of the Property Redress Scheme. We follow the code of practice which has been approved by the OFT for residential sales. We are also members for lettings.
We have an internal complaints procedure and our aim is to deal with any concerns about our services internally.
CLIENTS MONEY AND INSURANCE PROTECTION
The directors of Stennett Properties are solicitors and follow the same high standards as those in place for Stennett solicitors in relation to standard of customer care and accountability. Client’s money is kept in a separate account and our accounts are audited annually. We do not belong to the Client Money Protection Scheme but have an insurance Policy in place with Dual Corporate Risk Limited which protects our clients’ money. Details of our policy can be given on request.
