Variation of the tenancy agreement: £50.00
Payment of interest for late payment of rent at a rate of 2.5% plus the bank of England base rate.
Payment for reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Stennett Properties are a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
CLIENTS MONEY AND INSURANCE PROTECTION
The directors of Stennett Properties are solicitors and follow the same high standards as those in place for Stennett solicitors in relation to standard of customer care and accountability. Client's money is kept in a separate account and our accounts are audited annually. We do not belong to the Client Money Protection Scheme but have an insurance policy in place with Dual Corporate Risk Limited which protects our clients' money.
